- Asset Class: B and C
- Location Quality: A and B
- Property Size: > 60 Units
- Hold Period: 10 Years
- Landlord and Business Friendly
- Above Avg. Cap Rates
- Above Avg. Job Growth
- Above Avg. Population Growth
– Refinance 3-5 Years
Investors receive 80%/20% split as well as their initial principal investment is paid back
– Sell 5-10 Years
Investors receive 50%/50% split
